A few days back, The full specification of the upgraded model of Oppo A9 (2020) was leaked. This leak specs of the device hinted that the device will be very much similar to Realme 5 Pro. Now, Oppo India has officially confirmed the launch date of the smartphone. The company took the help of Twitter to announce the date which 16th September that also reveals the key specs of the phone. This will be a mid-range device.

Oppo A9 (2020) Specifications:
It has 6.5 inches HD+ display with the resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. There is also a waterdrop notch at the front of the display. The comes with 89% screen to body ratio.
This phone is powered by Snapdragon 665 processor with 4GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Storage can be expand up to 256GB through its dedicated micro SD card slot. This is the first phone to debut with SD 665 SoC.
Around the back, you can get vertically aligned quad-camera setup. There is a fingerprint scanner accompanied by four cameras – 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and two 2MP units. The cameras come with features like Ultra Night Mode 2.0 and Portrait Stylizer. The front of the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera houses in the notch display.
The smartphone could be housing a huge battery of 5,000mAh capacity. The smartphone measures 163.6 x 75.6 x 9.1mm and it weighs 196 grams. The phone will run on ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 9 Pie OS.
The OPPO A9 (2020) may arrive in color options like Black, White, Blue, and Green. The handset may arrive in India with a price tag of Rs. 21,000.
