Last year in December 2019, Xiaomi Pocophone Global Head Alvin Tse had made a statement on twitter that hinted the arrival of a new Poco handset in the year 2020. However, it was deleted immediately. A few days back, Xiaomi filed trademark application for the Poco F2 moniker which gave us a thought that it could be few months away to be officially unveiled.

Strangely, another device named Poco X2 has showed up on Geekbench with some key specs. The name has been spotted just because. A year ago, a phony Geekbench listing of the Poco F1 Lite had tricked numerous tech sites. Still there is no confirmation on the presence of a Poco X2 handset. It is fitting to hang tight for more current reports to know whether it truly exists.
