Ghost of Tsushima update 2.13 is available for download, and here is a list of changes and fixes. It is version 2.013.000 on PS5. In the latest Ghost of Tsushima 2.13 patch notes, stability and performance issues have been addressed. A bug relating to bomb packs ammo was also fixed in the Ghost of Tsushima update 2.13 today.
There was a major update earlier that added Legends adjustments, including randomized spawns in Rivals and Survival, balance modifications to classes and gear, and much more.
